Groups / Community Work
I am deeply passionate about building communities and bringing people together to share knowledge, experiences, and support. We are always stronger together—far greater than the sum of our individual parts.
There is profound growth that comes from being vulnerable with each other and from the comforting awareness that we are not alone in this world. As the saying goes, no man is an island. I believe we are witnessing the end of an age of individualism, where we exist separately, and moving toward a new era of connectedness and mutual support.
In line with this philosophy, I am committed to offering group spaces and nurturing community.
Some of the groups I offer and support include:
- Friends of Rupert Spira Monthly Meeting (Oxford)
- Co-holding a space to explore non-duality through discussion and reflection. These are held on the last Friday of every month at The friends meeting house. If you’d like to know more please contact. As Rupert Spira says, ” “The feeling of separation is the feeling of a limited self, and that self is a thought. But when the thought of separation dissolves, what remains is the sense of connectedness with everything — a unity beyond all division.
- Therapeutic groups for adolescents
- Covering topics such as exam stress, navigating difficult relationships, bullying, and interpersonal skills.
- Support groups for parents in the rejected position during high-conflict divorce processes
- Offering a safe, empathetic environment to share experiences and coping strategies.
- Oxford Psychedelic Integration Circles
- Co-facilitating spaces for individuals to process and integrate psychedelic experiences.
- Family Therapy Groups using Family Constellations
- Co-facilitating experiential sessions focusing on healing family dynamics.
- CBT-focused groups for depression and anxiety Structured groups aimed at building practical skills for mental well-being.
I am always open to collaborating with others who are passionate about creating meaningful communities and running groups that bring like-minded souls together.
I am also part of the Equinox Collective (www.theequinoxcollective.org), a non-profit community of diverse practitioners dedicated to healing. Rooted in traditions from psychotherapy, breathwork, bodywork, ecology, animism, philosophy, and more. We weave together these elements and provide retreats.
I have trained with the Philadelphia Association in psychotherapy in community, which has deeply influenced my commitment to relational, community-based healing.
If you are interested in facilitating or participating in groups addressing various psychological and mental health challenges, please contact me for more information.
