CBT (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy) often gets a bad name. It's a name that so many people have heard of, but perhaps there is still an air of mystery about it. CBT tackles thoughts and feelings and behaviours, and helps uncover the links between them. Change or tweak one part of the circle and its a dominoe effect.
